Sign-in help

Care Mojo Family is invite-only. Sign in with the email and password associated with the invitation from the care provider. If your email is not linked to a home, contact that provider or email us.

Notifications

Open Me → Notification settings in the app to manage Care Mojo Family notifications in iOS Settings. Safety notifications contain only a generic prompt; full details are visible after you open the signed-in app.

Delete your account

In the app, open Me → Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm. Your Family login, profile, linked-home access, and notification registrations are removed immediately. Care-provider records are retained by the provider as described in our privacy policy.

Care Mojo Family is informational and is not an emergency monitoring service or medical device. For an emergency, contact local emergency services or the responsible care provider directly.
